Caravan Takes Commandments Case to Nation’s Capital!
Follow the "Save The Commandments" Caravan To Our
Nation's Capital!
About the Caravan
The “Save The Commandments Caravan” is a
historic tour from Montgomery,
Alabama, to our nation’s capital designed to rally support for the Ten
Commandments before leaders in Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Sponsored by Faith & Action and Grassfire.net, this caravan includes the leaders
of the "Spirit of Montgomery" movement that protested the court-ordered removal
of the Ten Commandments in Montgomery, Alabama.
The Caravan begins in front of the Alabama State Capitol and includes stops
throughout the southeast. Then, on the eve of the new term of the United
States Supreme Court, the Caravan concludes with a “God Save the United
States” rally in front of our nation’s highest court—making a dramatic statement
in support of the Commandments and the right to acknowledge God.
Campaign Goals
The Goals of the Save The Commandments
Caravan are threefold:

|
The caravan features a gigantic 18 foot, three-sided, mobile lighted billboard (click here to see the original artwork for the billboard). This dramatically back-lit billboard will lead the Caravan as it travels from Montgomery to Washington, D.C., culminating at the very steps of the U.S. Supreme Court!
In addition, the Caravan will be carrying an actual-size replica of the Alabama monument crafted by the original artist. This replica -- created as the model for the actual Alabama Monument that was removed from display in the Alabama Supreme Court Building – is an exact representation of the Monument. These stunning visual displays serve to represent the overwhelming support across the nation for the Ten Commandments. |

The “Virtual Caravan”
Petition
Recognizing that the vast majority of concerned citizens will not be able to
join the actual caravan, Grassfire.net and Faith And Action have launched a
Virtual Caravan to involve tens of thousands of citizens across the nation in
this historic effort.
Our goal is to rally 250,00 citizens to join the Virtual Caravan. Citizens can
join by signing the Save The Commandments Petition. These petitions will be
featured prominently at each stop on the tour and will be presented to the U.S.
Supreme Court and leaders in Congress upon our arrival in Washington, D.C.

Individuals, groups, vans and buses are encouraged to join the Caravan on its northerly route from Montgomery to Washington, DC. You can join the Caravan for one or all of its stops. PLEASE NOTE: THE ORGANIZERS OF THE CARAVAN CANNOT ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYONE JOINING WITH THE CARAVAN. THIS IS AN ENTIRELY ELECTIVE, VOLUNTARY ACT ON YOUR PART FOR WHICH YOU ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY.

"LetterFire" Campaign To Congress, Supreme Court
As the Caravan arrives in Washington, D.C, with tens of thousands of petitions
on board, we want to simultaneously flood the U.S. Supreme Court and Congress
with tens of thousands of letters from citizens across the country urging their
support of the Commandments.
Already, more than 50,000 letters have been scheduled for delivery to the U.S.
Supreme Court and Congress using Grassfire.net’s exclusive "LetterFire" Action
Gram service. Our goal: 100,000 letters flooding our leaders’ mailboxes!
