* * * IF YOU COULD ASK GOD FOR ANYTHING THIS
CHRISTMAS, WOULD YOU ASK FOR THIS?...
* * * PLEASE FORWARD THIS LIFE CHANGING EMAIL!
* * * PRAYER POINTS BELOW
12/11 /02
Have you made out your Christmas wish
list? If so, what did you ask for? May I suggest an addition, or two? "You may
want to save this email, for this request will certainly change your life."
When you pray, ask God for five things...
1. Slay me Lord
2. Cleanse me Lord
3. Fill me Lord
4. Guide me Lord
5. Use me Lord
Then, add a sixth prayer: MULTIPLY ME LORD.
The last prayer is very important for the advancement of God's kingdom. As God
sanctifies you and sets you apart to do His work, He desires to multiply you.
I am not talking about cloning yourself. I am speaking of your fulfillment of
Christ's great commission (Mark 16:15)--your ministry.
Do you view your every day work as ministry? If so, then the gospel is preached
through your actions in addition to your mouth, and every time someone is saved
through your preaching you have just multiplied yourself.
Your new convert witnesses to another who makes a confession of Christ. YOU ARE
MULTIPLIED AGAIN.
You see, there is no way you can fulfill Christ's commission alone. He never
expected one person to evangelize the whole world. Christ wanted His followers
to use the multiplication approach--one person making disciples, who then make
more disciples.
Here in Washington, there is a saying: policy is people. Well, ministry is
people too, and every day the Center for Christian Statesmanship works through
people to multiply the Kingdom. You can help.
As you prepare for the Christmas holiday, ask God to cleanse you and prepare you
for ministry. Then ask Him to multiply you.
You will receive no greater gift this year.
In Him,
Frank Wright, Ph.D.
Executive Director
The Center for Christian Statesmanship
P.S. Start multiplying now. Send your friends this link and ask if they are sure
of heaven:
